Group Therapy

There are different reasons as to why people participate in groups, and some of those reasons are; for additional support outside of individual therapy; community building of like minded people; to learn different skills; it's financially affordable and/or it's focused on topics that directly affect you. There are different types of groups: Cognitive Behavioral Groups, Psycho-educational groups; Psychodrama group. Different types of groups that support different client needs.

Gestalt Therapy

 In Gestalt therapy, we focus on the present, we work on mindfulness, visualizing and exploring different body sensations, feelings, thoughts, anxiety and  impactful memories; which can allow you to feel and experience feeling whole. We value and care for every part of you, as we improve your overall health and you take control of achieving your goals, ranging from personal, professional to social and relational.

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)

EMDR is a form of therapy that helps the client reprocess traumatic experiences and/or unresolved disturbing memories. It allows for the brain to complete the unfinished experience and replace negative symptoms with positive real life images and new beliefs created by you.
