Therapeutic groups, workshops, seminars and mental health have been a part of my passion for the last 20 years. What I’ve developed has been focused and inspired by my holistic and professional experiences. Any group and workshop I facilitate, is accompanied by practicing in live situations and day to day life challenges; as you apply skills learned and identify what is best fitting and what you can let go of. The impact of learning as a group and what you experience as a collective, allows room for curiosity, connection, empathy, vulnerability, feeling and being acknowledged.
All services are bi-lingual English, Spanish, Spanglish.
As humans, we are a collection of different life experiences, ranging from mental, physical, emotional, spiritual and more; which is why I choose to provide therapeutic support and guidance to my clients through a true to life holistic lens. The journey that you have allowed me to witness and be part of, includes the depressive, anxious, traumatic, stress, addictive, obsessions, and Joyous, loving, gracious and vulnerable parts of YOU. No one experience or emotion defines you. I welcome and engage all parts. We will practice being human, by welcoming generosity, vulnerability and empathy; as we embark on your transformational mental health journey.
As a Gestalt and EMDR therapist, it allows me to tap into the spaces we sometimes hide from, the memories that your brain has not been able to reprocess in a healthy manner, and the body sensations that accompany every memory and experience. I assist you with understanding, reprocessing and processing your lived experiences, and identifying how you want to live and be present in your life.

We are not our emotions, they are parts of us, and at times they can be very LOUD! We will explore them together, and you will learn to accept that happiness, sadness, fear, anger, anxiety, depression, and disgust are not permanent. As you practice awareness, you will gain room for the SuperPower (that we tend to fear) VULNERABILITY.
When we work together, you learn to cope with these great emotions that can prompt you to practice self-love and practice acknowledging and accepting yourself, as you walk through your wellness path to good Mental Health.
We focus on your most triumphant and important moments and your rawest weakest moments as humans. We remain empathetic with clients as we provide mental health treatment, organizational and professional development in an honest, straight forward and non-judgmental manner.
We pride ourselves in being able to provide services to the working class, to a culturally diverse population and in particular to the BIPOC community.
Thank you to all who have participated in our groups and workshops for the Winter, Fall, Spring season. The Boundaries group is presently booked.
