The purpose of this group series is to tap into your ability to transform your life with awareness, curiosity and authenticity. These groups will allow you to practice, experience and gain awareness of behaviors, relationships, expectations and how you want to be present in your life with real life scenarios as you exercise courage and bravery in your wellness journey.
This 2 part group will focus on the importance of mindfulness in managing mental health symptoms. Body and breath exercises will take place as participants practice and experiment with different coping skills that can help them manage day to day stressors, help in decision making and learn how a community can be utilized as real support in a healing journey.
Participants are encouraged to come with curiosity and openness to have new experiences
This 6 group session virtual series will focus on identifying day to day challenges of the BIPOC population as it relates to Bias, Discrimination and racism. Participants will learn to identify coping and communication skills that can allow them to advocate, take up space and actively apply self-care techniques in real time and in real life situations. This group is opened to people of color, people of culturally diverse backgrounds and to allies who are actively working on creating change.
Participants are encouraged to come with an open mind, empathy, compassion and willingness to share, experience, experiment and to practice applying healthy coping skills.
The goal of this experiential and curious driven workshop, is to teach you to take up space with vulnerability, self-compassion and authenticity, as we practice showing up, being seen and living brave. It allows you control over your transformational journey as a human, a loved one and a leader, while building SHAME resilience, COURAGE, and Self-Compassion, with values and healthy boundaries guiding you, while OWNING your story as you are Daring Greatly™.
Daring Greatly workshops can be facilitated in organizational settings, individually and in groups.
