Course overview

Welcome to the Pillars of TRUST mini-course series

This learning space was created as an experiential extension of The Pillars of TRUST workbook — an Amazon best seller and honorable mention recipient from the Empowering Latino Future’s International Latino Book Award.

The workbook emerged from years of TRUST groups, retreat experiences, and my professional and lived experience as a mental health provider. These mini‑courses build on that foundation with additional prompts, examples, and guided practices to support your self‑trust journey in a deeper, more interactive way.

Nancy Andino, LCSW, CASAC

Your instructor
Nancy Andino was born in New York City to Puerto Rican parents. Her developmental years were in Puerto Rico and later moved to the US. She studied social work, Gestalt and Trauma therapy, as well as alternative healing practices like Breath, Body work, and Reiki. She loves learning, laughing out loud, and collecting art and artifacts with spiritual influences. She enjoys disrupting the "standard" that no longer works or supports us, as emotional and autonomous people.
