    Join us this Fall for a mini retreat centered around "The Pillars of TRUST" model.

    • Discover your inner self by identifying different parts of you through breath and body work.
    • Engage in a mental health workshop focused on your authentic self as you Honor all parts of yourself, by choosing what still belongs to you and what no longer aligns.
    • Connect with all aspects of you in our Reiki circle without judgments or fears.
    • Welcome relaxation and connection through the experience.
    • All participants will go through a brief assessment.

    Nancy Andino, LCSW, CASAC

    Your instructor
    Nancy Andino was born in New York City to Puerto Rican parents. Her developmental years were in Puerto Rico and later moved to the US. She studied social work, Gestalt and Trauma therapy, as well as alternative healing practices like Breath, Body work, and Reiki. She loves learning, laughing out loud, and collecting art and artifacts with spiritual influences. She enjoys disrupting the "standard" that no longer works or supports us, as emotional and autonomous people.
