    Family Constellations: A day of Ancestral and Systemic Rituals

    This day of ancestral and systemic rituals invites participants from the BIPOC and diaspora communities to witness what lives within our lineage, honor what was passed down, and better understand what was probably never ours to carry.

    Family Constellations rituals offer an experiential way to explore emotional patterns, loyalties, and family stories, inclusive of how participants understand their possible influences across generations.  

    This experience creates space for reflection, acknowledgment, and possible shifts in how participants relate to family, lineage, and belonging with the hope of relief and clarity.

    As the second experience in the Healing Arc Trilogy, we continue to gently unfold the patterns and beliefs influencing your present lived experiences. Together honor what came before us, explore what you carry, and make room for a different relationship with your family lineage.

    What to expect

    Ancestral/ Systemic Rituals that may cause bodily sensations, emotions, or movement impulses. 

    Participants may pause, observe or decline any activity.

    Deep reflection for many, embodied connection for some, relief for others.

    Reflection on how family, lineage, culture, and relationships may be influencing your present life experience.

    Not every participant will receive a constellation. Participants may also take part as representatives or witnesses. People report a range of experiences in the representative roles and as witnesses to the constellations, inclusive of body sensations, emotions, movement impulses, reflection, uncertainty, or no immediate response. No particular experience is required.

    Your presence becomes a part of the energy being experienced in the space you may also experience your connection within it.

    We will all experience movement once we allow ourselves to be guided by the energy without judgment or self-imposed pressures

    Nancy Andino is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker that has allowed her intuition to guide her in her professional journey. Learning, experimenting and enhancing her skills grants her the opportunity to stay present and to support her clients in real time. She is a psychotherapist that believes the more she opens herself to learning and experiencing the more she's able to share with her clients and the people in her world.
