A space for clarity, self-trust, and intentional action.

I view coaching as a collaborative and curiosity-driven process. Rather than focusing on diagnosis, mental health symptoms, or treatment, coaching creates opportunities to explore where you are today, where you would like to grow, and what may be getting in the way.  Coaching is a non-clinical service focused on personal growth, self-awareness, life transitions, and intentional action. It is not psychotherapy, counseling, or mental health treatment.
Together we may explore:
  • Life transitions and change
  • Personal growth
  • Decision-making
  • Confidence and self-TRUST
  • Leadership and professional development
  • Boundaries and relationships
  • Clarifying values and priorities
  • Goal development and follow-through
  • Patterns that no longer serve you
  •                   Creating greater alignment between who you are and how you live
  •                                                              Identifying generational/ ancestral patterns

For those familiar with my approach, you know that curiosity, reflection, compassion, and thoughtful challenge are often part of the process.

Life coaching is a non-clinical service designed to support personal growth, life transitions, goal attainment, self-TRUST, and intentional change.

Coaching allows us to be more direct, action-oriented, and focused on creating movement toward the outcomes you seek. Coaching is about creating space for reflection, awareness, accountability, and intentional action. Life Coaching through the Pillars of TRUST is a culturally grounded, lineage-informed, action-oriented approach to strengthening self-trust and creating meaningful change.

Many people already possess the wisdom they seek. Sometimes what is needed is a supportive partnership that encourages clarity, perspective, and forward movement.
    Sometimes you're not looking
    for therapy.

Sometimes you're navigating a transition, making an important life decision, strengthening your confidence, redefining your priorities, or trying to determine what comes next.
Life coaching offers a space to pause, reflect, gain clarity, and move forward with greater intention.
Together, we can explore what is no longer working, identify opportunities for growth, and create a path that feels more aligned with who you are becoming
Self-TRUST

How Coaching Connects to The Pillars of TRUST

The Pillars of TRUST workbook and mini-courses were created to help individuals cultivate greater self-awareness, emotional honesty, accountability, and self-TRUST.
Over the years, I've observed that insight alone doesn't always create change. Awareness is important, but many people benefit from support as they begin applying that awareness to their daily lives, relationships, decisions, and goals.
The Pillars of TRUST framework is one of the foundations of my coaching approach. At its core, this work is grounded in Self-TRUST through the lens of lineage, recognizing that many of our beliefs, roles, and patterns are shaped by family systems, ancestral experiences, culture, migration, colonization, assimilation, and lived experience.
Together, we may use the principles of TRUST as a guide for exploring what is happening beneath the surface, identifying what is no longer serving you, clarifying what matters most, and strengthening your ability to trust yourself as you move forward.
The framework is not used as a checklist or formula. Instead, it serves as a compass that helps us remain connected to self-awareness, emotional honesty, accountability, and intentional action throughout the coaching process.
While the workbook invites reflection, coaching creates space to practice, integrate, and live those principles in real time.

Let's experiment

What We Explore Together

Coaching creates space to become curious about what is working, what is no longer working, and what may be asking for your attention. Sometimes the work begins with a specific goal. Other times it begins with a feeling that something needs to shift, grow, or become clearer.
Together, we may explore:
  • Life transitions
  • Self-TRUST and decision-making
  • Boundaries and communication
  • Confidence, self-worth, and self-TRUST
  • Accountability and follow-through
  • Personal and professional growth
  • Clarifying values and priorities
We can do this together

My Approach to Self-TRUST coaching

I don't believe in telling people what they should do.

I've always worked with the belief that clients are the experts of their lived experiences and it's for us to explore and identify what's not working, what needs to change and how to go about changing it.  I believe in helping people listen to themselves more clearly in order to fully understand in what areas are they ready to change.

Together, we'll explore what's getting in the way, identify opportunities for growth, and strengthen your ability to trust your own wisdom as you move toward the changes you seek.

My goal is not for you to hear my voice.

My goal is for you to strengthen your own.
Your lineage

A Note About Ancestry, Culture and Context

I believe we do not exist in isolation.
Many of us are shaped by family experiences, cultural messages, community values, generational narratives, inherited beliefs and life experiences that influence how we see ourselves, make decisions, build relationships, and move through the world. Some of the patterns we encounter in our lives were consciously learned. Others may have been passed down through our family systems, cultural expectations, survival strategies, or unspoken narratives that continue to influence how we show up.
While coaching is not therapy or Family Constellations work, I recognize that understanding your present often includes acknowledging the experiences, values, and influences that have helped shape you.

My coaching approach is culturally grounded and rooted in curiosity, vulnerability, accountability, and Self-TRUST.

Together, we may explore how your culture, family experiences, personal history, values, inherited beliefs, and lived experiences influence the choices you make today, while remaining focused on the growth, goals, and changes you wish to create moving forward.

The intention is not to stay in the past.

The intention is to strengthen self-TRUST, gain clarity, identify patterns that may no longer serve you, and move forward with greater awareness, choice, and intention.
Self-TRUST

From Awareness to Action

The Pillars of TRUST workbook and courses were created because I believe that self-TRUST is the foundation for vulnerability and meaningful change.

Many of us gain insight through reflection. We begin to understand our patterns, recognize what matters most, and identify where we want to grow.

Yet awareness alone doesn't always create movement.

Often, the next step is learning how to trust ourselves enough to act on what we already know.

Life Coaching provides a space to practice the principles of TRUST in real life:
Coaching Outcomes are unique to the individual, many clients leave with:
  • A Stronger relationship with Self-TRUST
  • Greater clarity around who they are beyond inherited expectations and external pressures.
  • Increased awareness of family, cultural, and ancestral patterns that influence their professional and personal choices.
  • The ability to differentiate between survival tools and authenticity.
  • More confident in their boundary setting and making decisions based on their values.
  • A deeper connection with self.
  • Real life tools they can apply in real time as they intentionally make the changes in their personal and/or professional live.

Together, we'll explore what is getting in the way, what is asking for your attention, and what choices move you closer to the life you want to create.

This isn't about perfection.

It's about developing a relationship with yourself that is rooted in honesty, compassion, accountability, and self-TRUST.
Let's be clear

Is Coaching Right for You?

Life Coaching is a non-clinical service designed to support personal growth, life transitions, goal attainment, self-TRUST, and intentional change.

Rooted in the Pillars of TRUST framework, coaching provides a space to strengthen your relationship with yourself as you move from awareness into action.
Coaching may be a good fit if you are seeking support with:
  • Life transitions
  • Personal growth
  • Self-TRUST and decision-making
  • Accountability and follow-through
  • Clarifying values and priorities
  • Strengthening confidence
  • Aligning your actions with the changes you want to create

 A Note About Professional Boundaries

My commitment is to support you responsibly and ethically.
Coaching is future-oriented and focused on personal growth, self-awareness, and intentional action. Coaching does not include the assessment, diagnosis, or treatment of mental health conditions, and psychotherapy services are not provided within the coaching relationship.

Because I serve in both clinical and non-clinical roles, I believe it is important to maintain clear professional boundaries. Coaching and psychotherapy are offered through separate frameworks and do not occur simultaneously.

If, during our conversations, it becomes clear that therapeutic support would better serve your needs, we will discuss appropriate next steps. Depending on your location and circumstances, this may include a referral to a licensed therapist or a transition to psychotherapy services with me if you reside in New York, New Jersey, or Pennsylvania, where I am licensed to practice.

Ready to Explore Whether Coaching Is Right for You?

If what you've read resonates with you, I invite you to schedule a Discovery Conversation. This is an opportunity for us to discuss your goals, answer questions, and determine whether coaching is aligned with what you're seeking at this stage of your journey.
