A journey through Family Dynamics and your Personal Growth: Explore family dynamics, relationships, and challenge expectations that no longer support you. 

This group will take you through an experiential, awareness driven, powerful journey, that will impact your family relationships, expectations and views of your loved ones, through an accepting, compassionate and authentic lens.

Objectives:

• You will identify how your family dynamics is driving your present life.
• You will gain clarity of your family dynamics and identify communication and coping skills to support your new found knowledge.
• You will figure out your role in your family, what’s expected of you, and how open you are to making changes that suit you best.
• Learning that your family dynamics is similar to others, you are not alone
  
  
  It is recommended to participate in at least 7 group sessions.
